What we collect
- Account data: email address, company name and VAT number if you add them.
- Usage data: which models you call, when, task status and cost.
- Request content: prompts and files you send, and the outputs returned.
How we use it
To run your requests, bill you, prevent abuse and support you. We do not sell your data and we do not use your prompts or outputs to train models.
Who we share it with
Your request is sent to the provider of the model you choose (for example Google, OpenAI, Anthropic, ByteDance or Kuaishou) so it can be processed, under that provider's API terms. We also use payment and hosting processors.
How long we keep it
Output files are kept for 14 days so you can download them, then deleted. Request logs without content are kept for 90 days. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data. Email privacy@easytoken.si and we answer within 30 days. You can also complain to the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec).
